Bellucci Micro Ear Scissors

Bellucci micro ear scissors are delicate scissors for otologic surgery. Surgeons use them to cut tissue and trim grafts deep inside the ear canal and middle ear.

A long, thin reach

The blades sit at the far end of a narrow shaft of about 8 cm. That design lets the tips reach the middle ear while the hand stays outside. As a result, the microscope view stays clear.

Eight combinations

We offer four directions: Upward, Straight, Right and Left. Then you choose Sharp/Sharp or Blunt/Blunt tips. Together that gives eight versions, so you can match both the angle and the tip to the task.

Sharp or blunt tips

Sharp tips pierce and start a cut precisely. Blunt tips, meanwhile, glide along tissue with less risk of catching nearby structures. Many surgeons keep one of each in the same direction.

Caring for your Bellucci scissors

Handle the blades gently, because fine tips can bend if dropped. Rinse and brush them soon after the case, then check that they close smoothly. Dry them thoroughly before sterilizing in a rack or tip guard.
