The Baron-Schuknecht suction tube is an otology suction for clearing blood and fluid. Surgeons use it during ear procedures to keep the view through the microscope clear.

Caring for your Baron-Schuknecht suction tube

Rinse the tube with water right after surgery. Then clean the bore with a fitting wire or brush. Dry it inside and out before you sterilize it.
