The Weissbarth speculum works as both a vaginal speculum and a retractor. We supply it complete with a drainage strainer and an 80×42 mm blade.

Complete with strainer

The drainage strainer comes with the instrument, so you do not need to source it separately. It helps fluid leave the field during vaginal work. As a result, the view stays clearer through the procedure.

Blade size

The blade measures 80 mm long and 42 mm wide. So it offers a broad surface to hold tissue back. However, it keeps a moderate length for most vaginal procedures.

Speculum and retractor

In its speculum role, it opens the vaginal canal for access. Then it continues to hold tissue aside as a retractor. Therefore, the team can reduce the number of instruments in the field.
