Description
Needle Sterilizing Cases
The needle sterilizing case keeps loose needles together during cleaning, sterilising and storage. A close lid stops them from spilling.
Six sizes
Sizes range from 50 x 25 x 4.5 mm up to 150 x 95 x 13 mm. Besides, small cases hold a few fine needles. Meanwhile, larger ones store a full range.
Why use a needle sterilizing case
Loose needles get lost or damaged in trays. A case keeps them in one place. Moreover, it protects points from knocks.
Where it is used
Theatres, clinics and labs use it. Also, it suits suture needles, hypodermic needles and fine probes. In addition, many sites keep one case per instrument set.
Packing tips
Lay needles in one direction. Do not overfill the case. Then close the lid fully before sterilising.
Labelling
Mark the outside with the contents and size. Moreover, that saves opening cases to search. Also, it helps staff restock quickly.
