Description
Needle Sterilizing Case
The round needle sterilizing case holds needles safely through sterilisation and storage. An insert keeps each needle in place, so points do not touch.
Complete case or insert
The complete case measures 65 mm across and 15 mm high. The insert alone measures 62 x 13 mm. As a result, you can replace a worn insert without buying a new case.
Why use a round needle sterilizing case
Loose needles blunt their points and risk injury. A case holds them apart. Therefore, points stay sharp and staff stay safe.
Typical uses
Labs, clinics and dental rooms use it for reusable needles. For example, it holds suture or hypodermic needles. It also suits teaching labs.
Loading
Place each needle into the insert with points facing the same way. Then close the lid. Also, avoid crowding the insert.
Sterilising
Steam reaches the needles through the case. Consequently, they come out ready to use. Let the case cool before opening it.
Storage
Keep the case closed until use. That protects the needles from dust. In addition, label it with the contents.
