Description
Container Cases (l x b x h)
The instrument container case holds a full set of instruments through sterilising, storage and transport. Its rigid walls protect delicate tips.
Eight sizes
Sizes run from 230 x 120 x 50 mm to 400 x 200 x 75 mm. Shallow cases suit flat sets. Meanwhile, the deeper ones hold retractors and bulkier items.
Why choose an instrument container case
Wrapped sets can tear. Furthermore, a rigid case does not. Furthermore, it stacks neatly on storage shelves.
Where it is used
Hospital decontamination units keep theatre sets in them between lists. Day-surgery clinics hold minor procedure kits the same way. Research labs use them too.
Picking an instrument container case size
Lay out the set on a table first. Measure the longest item and the total spread. Then choose a case with a little spare room.
Labelling and tracking
Tag each case with its set name. Many teams also add a checklist. As a result, sets return complete.

Ordering this container
Every container brings protection of three years against manufacturing defects with every order. Before shipment, someone in Atlanta inspects the container by eye. FDA listings include ASTM F899 for instrument alloys. Search our whole general surgical range to finish the tray. With a general query, open the FAQ section. For a matching piece, view our instrument boxes. We also prepare a quote for repeat orders.
Only for qualified users. Refund rules show on our returns policy. These pictures may differ slightly. Also, the steel holds nickel; see the reprocessing guide for more.
