Description
Arthroscopy Instrument Fig 4
The arthroscopy instrument fig 4 completes our set of four jaw patterns. It has a 3.4 mm shaft and comes in five tip angles.
Completing the range
Figures 1 to 4 each bring a different working end. Therefore a full set gives the surgeon more options inside the joint. Figure 4 rounds out that choice.
Fig 4 arthroscopy tip angles
Besides the straight version, there are two upward bends of 7 and 15 degrees. In addition, two versions angle 30 degrees, one to each side. Choose the angles your technique needs.
Who uses the arthroscopy instrument fig 4
Arthroscopic surgeons in knee and shoulder work use it. Also, sports medicine units add it to complete their sets. It suits teaching sets too.
Side by side
Unsure which figure fits a given task? Then request our drawings and compare the jaws next to each other. Also, that makes it easier to build the right set.
Careful use
Avoid twisting the jaws against bone. Consequently, they stay aligned longer. In addition, the overload-protected version offers extra safety.
Why a fourth pattern helps
Some tissue sits in awkward corners of the knee or shoulder. Here a fourth jaw shape can make the difference. Hence many sports units keep all four figures in one tray.
