Description
London College Cotton And Dressing Tweezer (Pliers)
The London College tweezer is a classic angled plier for cotton and small dressings. It reaches into the mouth and other small spaces while keeping the hand out of view.
Lock or no lock
A locking version holds the jaws closed on their own. As a result, cotton stays put while you move it. By contrast, the plain version opens and closes freely for quick work.
Seven figures
We offer figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8. They differ in tip shape and angle. Therefore, you can pick the one that suits your technique.
Where the London College tweezer is used
Dental surgeries use it every day. In addition, ENT and minor surgery rooms use it for dressings. It also helps in lab work.
Size
Every figure is 15 cm long. That gives good reach without losing control. Meanwhile, the light build keeps the hand relaxed.
Using the lock
Squeeze until the lock engages. Then place the cotton where needed. Finally, press the arms to release it.

Shipping info
Before it ships, an inspector in Atlanta inspects this tweezer under good light. Locking or plain, this tweezer is covered for three years against manufacturing defects from receipt. To learn about instrument steels, open ASTM F899. For shipping questions, try the buyer FAQ. Matching pieces live in our general surgical collection. To complete the set, try our Meriam tweezer. Smaller units keep a backup tweezer for back-to-back cases.
For clinical professionals. Use the delivery terms for carrier options. Gallery shots may show one size, while the steel holds nickel; consult our care instructions for advice.
