Fisch Ear Hook

The Fisch ear hook is a fine otology hook named after the Swiss ear surgeon Ugo Fisch. Surgeons use it to probe, lift and move small structures in the middle ear.

Ear hooks have a small bent tip at the end of a slim shaft. The tip can slip under tissue or around an ossicle. Then the surgeon lifts or tests movement with very little force.
