The Tebbetts fiber optic retractor is a lighted blade designed for breast pocket work. Light runs along the blade to the tip, so the pocket floor is easy to see.

Eleven blade sizes

Blades range from 16 x 80 mm to 36 x 190 mm. Short, narrow blades suit small incisions. Meanwhile, the long ones reach the top of a subpectoral pocket.

Light alone, or light with suction

Each blade comes plain-lit or with a suction channel. The suction version clears smoke and blood at the tip. As a result, the view stays clear during cautery.
